Description
The North Carolina Community College System, in coordination with the North Carolina Community College System Office, is soliciting vendors for an agency-specific term contract covering new, unused, current-production fire and EMS training equipment, training props, and simulators. The scope includes Category A: Fire Training Props and Simulators, and Category B: EMS Training Equipment and Simulators, with vendors permitted to bid on one or both categories and the State intending to represent multiple manufacturers in each category. Vendors must furnish and deliver products on an as-needed basis to participating community colleges throughout North Carolina. Offers must include manufacturer product lines, catalog or price-list information, discounts from current MSRP, delivery and warranty information, technical literature, manufacturer warranty documentation, and manufacturer authorization to distribute or resell the offered products. The contract also contemplates installation, training when requested, maintenance options, manuals, warranty service, and related support. The contract term runs from the date of award through May 31, 2029, with four additional one-year renewal options.
