Description
The City of Banning is approving an annual rate adjustment for residential and commercial solid waste, recycling, and organics collection services provided by Waste Management under the Solid Waste Franchise Agreement approved by the City Council on April 27, 2021. The adjustment will be effective from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, and does not involve any physical changes to the environment or expansion of existing services.
