Township of Pennsauken NOTICE TO BIDDERS PROPOSALS: Sealed bids for the following: SOLID WASTE RECYCLABLE MATERIALS COLLECTION FOR PENNSAUKEN TOWNSHIP for the Township of Pennsauken will be received on October 30, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., at which time bids will be opened via the OpenGov Procurement Portal. Bids will not be accepted after the specified time. All proposals shall be submitted via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/pennsauken. Bids will be publicly posted on the OpenGov eProcurement portal. The Township Committee and its Solicitor will be the sole discretionary body for consideration or rejection of the proposals. PRE-BID MEETING: A pre-bid meeting and site inspection will be held on September 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., prevailing time via MUNICIPAL BUILDING-2400 MERCHANVILLE AVE. PENNSAUKEN NJ 08110. All interested parties are invited to attend. Failure of any bidder to attend the pre-bid meeting and site inspection shall not exempt that contractor from fulfilling all the terms of this contract.
