Description
The City of La Crosse is soliciting sealed proposals from prequalified contractors or haulers to provide residential refuse and recycling services under the proposed contract. Proposals must comply with the proposed contract requirements and remain valid for at least 90 days. The opportunity contemplates a minimum seven-year contract and requires a minimum bid amount of $50,000. Contractors or haulers that do not complete the required prequalification with the City before submitting a proposal will have their proposals returned unopened. Each proposal must include a bid bond or certified check.
