Description
The City of Iowa City seeks proposals for citywide cleaning and restoration services related to water damage, water main breaks, and sewer backups. Services include emergency response and remediation at private residences, City-owned or controlled properties, and Housing Authority and affordable housing properties. The listed housing properties include locations in Iowa City and North Liberty. The solicitation requires proposals to be submitted online through Ion Wave by the stated deadline; emailed, faxed, mailed, and hand-delivered proposals are not accepted. The attached Wage Theft Affidavit must be completed and submitted with the proposal. The Contract Compliance Document is expressly for the awarded vendor and is not a proposal-time submittal.
