Description
The University of Iowa seeks proposals for 29 new mid-size, front-wheel-drive sedans for fleet use. Proposed vehicles must meet the attached specifications, including required safety and convenience features, and suppliers must complete and upload the vehicle specification sheet, identifying compliance or exceptions and providing vehicle details such as year, make, model, engine, transmission, available driver-assistance features, and no-charge colors. Proposals must include pricing and delivery lead-time and schedule information, warranty coverage and service details, and descriptions of available extended warranties. Suppliers must also provide audited financial statements and annual reports for the previous two years, three references, supplier background and contact information, and responses to the requested business, customer service, sustainability, and other bid attributes. The intended agreement is for one year, with up to four additional one-year extensions by mutual written agreement.
