Description
The City of Dallas Facilities and Real Estate Management Department is seeking multiple contractors to provide on-call and as-needed environmental abatement and remediation services for asbestos-containing materials, lead-based paint, mold, and industrial waste, including PCB-containing ballasts and mercury-containing fluorescent lamps. Work may involve City facilities and unsafe structures scheduled for maintenance, renovation, or demolition, including time-sensitive responses, waste removal, transportation, disposal, permitting, notifications, manifests, closeout documentation, and compliance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements. The contract is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity job order contract with a two-year initial term and three optional one-year renewals. The aggregate capacity of the initial contracts will not exceed $5,000,000. Respondents must submit coefficients for pre-priced and non-pre-priced work during normal and non-business hours, demonstrate relevant qualifications and past experience, provide project sheets, references, organizational and staffing information, safety and management plans, and complete the required qualification, SBE/DRIVE, environmental, and other solicitation forms. Contractors must maintain required licenses, training, insurance, and environmental and safety documentation; individual job orders may require payment and performance bonds based on their value.
