The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking businesses interested in and capable of performing environmental remediation services, including construction activities mandated by the Environmental Protection Agency. The work falls under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and will be managed by the district under the direction of the Contracting Officer and in coordination with the Contracting Officer’s Representative. The anticipated contract structure is a firm-fixed-price, single-award task order contract with a five-year period of performance beginning upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This is a Sources Sought notice seeking information from interested and capable businesses, not a request for proposals.
