Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) in Philadelphia, PA, requires the purchase and installation of an Underwriters Laboratory (UL) listed Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP). The system hardware must be a model listed in the Statement of Work (SOW) or an approved equivalent, with capabilities for expansion, tamper notification, remote monitoring, and remote annunciation using standard internet protocol-based communications. Bidders must provide an authorized dealer letter from the manufacturer prior to contract award. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price type. The period of performance is from July 7, 2026, to July 6, 2027. Technical quotes will be evaluated on technical approach, past performance, and price, with non-pricing factors being more important than price.
