Repair of Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Deficiencies

The Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System is soliciting a contractor to perform repairs on fire alarm and sprinkler systems at two facilities: the Sepulveda facility (Sepulveda CBOC) located at 16111 Plummer Street, North Hills, CA 91343, and the VA Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center (LAACC) located at 351 E. Temple Street, Los Angeles, 90012. The work involves addressing identified deficiencies in fire alarm and sprinkler systems, including but not limited to duct detector replacement, supervisory device integration, fire alarm programming adjustments, associated monitoring-related repairs, and required testing and verification to ensure proper system operation and compliance with NFPA standards. The contractor must hold California State Contractor licenses with C10 (Electrical) and C16 (Fire Protection) classifications. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price, Requirements contract.
