Description
The Department of the Air Force, through the 90th Contracting Squadron at F.E. Warren AFB, WY, is soliciting quotes for a surveillance camera system for the Visitor Control Center (VCC). This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 561621 (Security Systems Services). The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, expertise, and equipment for the installation and a 1-year warranty of the camera system. The goal is to provide a live feed to security forces for monitoring and threat response. The installation is a Contractor Furnished/Contractor Installed (CFCI) effort. The system must be compatible with the Base Defense Operations Center's (BDOC) operating system, WiseNetWave. Products cannot be sourced from China, and the contractor must verify the place of origin for all equipment. The system must meet specific requirements including high-resolution cameras, vandal-resistant features, analytics for object and face detection, tamper-proofing, and the ability to operate in various environmental conditions. A one-year warranty covering product and workmanship, with a 24-hour on-site response time for repairs, is required. Training on the system's operation and maintenance will also be provided.
