The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities, Finger Lakes Developmental Disabilities Service Office, is seeking a contractor to install a new Class A fire-rated drop ceiling in the main building at the Westfall campus. The contractor must provide all labor and materials, install evenly spaced ceiling tiles and associated hardware, seal the ceiling without holes or voids, remove and dispose of debris, secure tools and materials daily, and complete final quality-control and inspection activities. Work must be performed continuously during weekday hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at an occupied facility, with appropriate safety coordination and site protection. This is an Article 8 New York public works project requiring prevailing wages and valid New York State Department of Labor contractor registration before bidding. The bid must include the NYSDOL registration number and Certificate of Registration. A one-year warranty covering parts, materials, and labor is required, and subcontractors require prior written approval. The project is to be completed within 30 days of receiving the purchase order.
