Description
ONIT Construction Inc., acting as construction manager for the Luso Canadian Charitable Society, is soliciting competitive bids from qualified framing and drywall contractors. The selected contractor will perform the framing and drywall scope for a supportive-housing development comprising the adaptive reuse of an existing heritage church and construction of a new six-storey residential building with 30 residential units for up to 45 residents requiring professionally supported housing. The project incorporates heritage restoration, new construction, accessibility requirements, site coordination, and applicable safety and quality-control requirements. Submissions must be made online through the designated procurement system; the opportunity is classified as a construction bid and does not guarantee award.
