Description
The Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, through the Finger Lakes Developmental Disabilities Service Office, is soliciting a quote for replacement of the exterior stairs at the Culver IRA. This is an Article 8 New York State public works project requiring prevailing wages and compliance with applicable building codes and site-safety requirements. The contractor must secure materials and tools, clear debris, broom-clean the work area daily, and provide a minimum one-year warranty covering parts, materials, and labor. A mandatory site visit is required before submitting a bid, and only contractors who attend and remain for the entire visit may submit quotes. Bidders must submit the official quote submission form, provide a valid New York State Department of Labor contractor registration number and certificate of registration, and meet the stated insurance requirements. Subcontractors require prior written approval. Prior work performance will be considered in the award decision.
