Description
Bruce County Housing Corporation is seeking a contractor to complete the rebuild of two residential units. The scope includes supplying and installing drywall; fiberglass and blown-in insulation with vapor barriers and acoustic sealant; attic vents; exterior and interior doors, frames, windows, casing, and door stops; closet and bathroom accessories; kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanity, countertops, sinks, taps, and water and drain connections; registers and return-air grilles; and primer and finish painting. The contractor must also install door hardware and coordinate colors with Bruce County Housing staff. The quotation must include the required portal submission forms and pricing, including the Quote Form, Respondent Information, Subcontractors Form, Respondent’s Ability and Experience Form, Health and Safety Responsibilities Form, Accessibility Regulations for Contracted Services, Domestic Supply Chain Plan, and Respondent’s Quote. The work must be completed by December 31, 2026. A mandatory site meeting is required before bidding, and subcontracting is prohibited without the Corporation’s prior written consent.
