Description
The City of Rochester is soliciting proposals for the redevelopment of a 0.43-acre vacant parcel located at 125 Charlotte Street in the East End neighborhood. The property, created by the infill of the Inner Loop East, is zoned Center City East End District with future zoning envisioned as Downtown Mixed-Use. The RFP encourages mixed-use development and requires that any residential component reserve at least 20% of units for residents earning up to 60% of Area Median Income. The site is near cultural amenities such as Eastman Theatre, Little Theatre, and RoCo Gallery.
