Description
Villa of Hope is requesting pricing for Category 1 telecommunications services, including internet access circuits ranging from 200 Mbps to 5 Gbps and two point-to-point data circuits ranging from 50 Mbps to 1 Gbps. Services are requested for three Rochester locations: 3300 Dewey Avenue, 86 White Street, Unit 88, and 26 Seneca Manor Drive. Responses must include installation and build-out costs, all network components required to deliver the services, separate pricing for bundled components and ineligible products or services, and pricing for individual static IP addresses and static IP bundles. The point-to-point circuits must be billed under a single account showing both endpoints, bandwidth, and circuit identifiers on each invoice. Providers must comply with applicable FCC and E-Rate requirements, including Lowest Corresponding Price rules and restrictions concerning covered telecommunications equipment and services.
