Description
The Rochester Housing Authority is soliciting sealed bids from one prime general contractor for fire damage restoration associated with Project NY-41-43 at 158 Seneca Manor Drive. The work is for a residential property in the City of Rochester and requires a general-contractor-led restoration project. A site walkthrough is scheduled for September 17, 2026.
