The Westfield Housing Authority is soliciting a contractor to air-seal and reinsulate building attics, seal basements, and provide partial basement insulation. Contractors must be certified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance for general building construction. The opportunity includes MBE, WBE, and VBE requirements and requires a 5% bid deposit.
