Description
Walton County is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish and install a complete 2-foot by 2-foot suspended acoustical ceiling system at its office building. The scope includes field measurement and site preparation; exposed suspension grid components, acoustical ceiling panels, perimeter tiles, supports, fasteners, and related materials; coordination around lighting, HVAC, fire-protection, security, and data equipment; and neat, code-compliant installation in a commercial office environment. The system must be new, compatible, properly aligned, white unless otherwise approved, and installed according to manufacturer instructions. The work will be completed in two coordinated phases so portions of the building can remain operational. The quote must include the proposed system and manufacturer product data, verified square footage, separate Phase 1 and Phase 2 pricing, cost per square foot, schedule and duration for each phase, warranty information, assumptions and exclusions, and a total lump-sum price. Contractor licensing and insurance documentation are required upon award, not with the initial quote. The electronic submission must include a non-cost response, a separate cost proposal, required certifications and questionnaire responses, lead time, quote validity, and two similar-work references with contact information.
