Description
Lacey Fire District 3 is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive cloud-based enterprise resource planning system to replace its existing ERP environment. The selected vendor will provide software and related implementation, data conversion, integration, configuration, training, support, and post-go-live stabilization services. Required capabilities include financial management, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, procurement, contract and project accounting, human resources, complex fire-agency payroll, time and attendance, benefits, employee and manager self-service, workflow automation, reporting and analytics, security, records management, and business continuity. The solution should support integrations with scheduling, asset management, training, banking, benefits, electronic-signature, identity, and Microsoft 365 systems. Vendors must submit detailed functional responses, implementation and conversion plans, security and support information, references, a requirements matrix, demonstrations for finalists, and five- and ten-year cost projections. The District anticipates a long-term ERP lifecycle of 10 to 20 years and an implementation start date of February 1, 2027, with a target go-live date of January 1, 2028.
