Description
The University of Utah Campus Store is seeking an Oracle NetSuite consulting and development partner to support its existing, customized NetSuite environment on an as-needed basis. Services include SuiteScript development and optimization; workflows, automation, configurations, and scheduled processes; REST, SOAP, RESTlet, SFTP, middleware, CSV, and other integrations; advanced troubleshooting; technical architecture and solution design; environment assessment; root-cause analysis; technology mapping; documentation; knowledge transfer; project support; and emergency support. The engagement is not for a NetSuite reimplementation. The selected vendor must support solutions created by prior providers and University personnel, provide appropriately experienced functional, technical, and integration resources, track hours and work requests, and coordinate production changes with University personnel. Proposals must include a detailed technical response, a completed University IT Technical Questionnaire, required HECVAT materials, at least three client references, proposed team information, technical and service-delivery approaches, and a separate Cost Proposal using the provided cost form. The anticipated term is one year with four additional one-year renewal options.
