Description
Imperial County is seeking a complete, integrated commercial security solution for its facility at 190 Eddins Road in Calipatria, California. The contractor must furnish and install one commercial control panel with cellular and Wi-Fi communications, one secondary keypad, seven wireless door contacts, three commercial motion detectors, four wireless glass-break detectors, one audible siren with visual strobe, and associated installation hardware. The scope includes system programming, activation, wireless signal testing, configuration of a cloud-based interactive smartphone application, dedicated cellular connectivity, and 24/7 professional central station monitoring with alarm verification, escalation, and first-responder notification. The bidder must identify proposed manufacturers, models, product lines, installation approach, warranties, recurring monthly charges, activation and other mandatory fees, monitoring-station qualifications, and any required contract term. The quotation must include a quotation, DIR number, and certificate of insurance.
