Description
Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions is seeking a contractor to provide continuous remote monitoring and management of alarm systems at two offices in Montreal and Gatineau. The scope includes a 24/7 call center, immediate alert response, technical inspections, on-demand maintenance and repairs, system updates, detailed service and incident reports, equipment parts, and travel to the client’s facilities. The systems include Kantech access control, DSC alarm systems, and 5G communication links. The contractor must demonstrate relevant experience, 24/7 operational capacity, response procedures, business continuity, geographic coverage or qualified local partners, and compatibility with the client’s existing systems. A call following an alarm activation must occur within three minutes, with an on-site visit within 48 calendar hours. The solicitation requires a Designated Organization Screening and Reliability Status for applicable personnel. The initial term runs from November 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, with two one-year extension options. The total contract liability is capped at CAD 10,203.00.
