Description
The Inland Empire Utilities Agency is soliciting a contractor to construct improvements at Montclair Basins 2 and 3. The project includes two new diversion structures in the San Antonio Creek Channel to redirect available storm flows into the existing basins for groundwater recharge. The work includes all materials, labor, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation, and incidentals required to furnish, install, commission, start up, and deliver a complete and fully functional project in accordance with the bid documents. This is a lump-sum bid with an estimated value of $3,200,000. The project is funded in part by federal and state water programs and includes Disadvantaged Business Enterprise good-faith-effort requirements, Build America, Buy America requirements, American Iron and Steel, Davis-Bacon labor compliance, prevailing wages, and related grant-funded compliance obligations. A 10% bid bond and 100% payment and performance bonds are required.
