Description
The State of Idaho Division of Public Works is soliciting sealed bids for the Whitehall Walk-In Cooler Replacement project at the Southwest Idaho Treatment Center. The work includes demolition and disposal of existing cooler/freezer refrigeration systems, piping, equipment, and electrical components; installation of new refrigeration equipment, supports, piping, and refrigerant; and compliance with current Environmental Protection Agency and state requirements. A public works contractor's license for Idaho is required. The estimated project cost is $216,000. A bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount, including add alternates, is required. Plans, specifications, proposal forms, and related information are available for examination or purchase through the listed plan rooms and the design professional.
