Description
The State of Idaho Division of Public Works is soliciting design/build services to provide a complete HVAC controls system upgrade using new Direct Digital Controls (DDC) for Building 4, the cafeteria, and Building 7, communications, at the Idaho State Police Meridian campus. The work also includes reviewing the HVAC DDC connection and confirming operation of Building 2, the dormitory. A 5% bid bond based on the total bid amount, including add alternates, is required, and bidders must hold a State of Idaho Public Works Contractor's License. The estimated project cost is $259,600. Plans, specifications, proposal forms, and related information are available for examination at the listed plan rooms and offices; licensed general contractors and licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors may obtain one document set from the design professional for a refundable $100 deposit.
