Description
The City of Nampa is seeking qualified proposers to provide planning services for the preparation of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 5-Year Consolidated Plan and 1-Year Annual Action Plan. The plans must comply with all federal regulations, including the Citizen Participation Plan, and must be submitted to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for approval by August 16, 2027. Proposals should be submitted to the City of Nampa Economic Development / Community Development Department, Attention Matt Jamison, at 9 12th Ave South, Nampa, Idaho 83651. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive irregularities, and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous.
