Description
The County of Los Angeles, Chief Executive Office, is seeking qualified companies to enter into Master Agreements to provide Economic Development Services. The services are required to inform the work of the County's Economic Development Program and its Economic Development Policy Committee. The scope includes five service categories: Data Collection and Economic Analysis, Business Development, Real Estate Development, Community Engagement, and General Services. The County has invested significant resources in workforce development, real estate assets, and business loan programs, and seeks a diverse pool of consultants to assist in design, implementation, and critical review of economic development strategies. Vendors may qualify in one or more categories. The Master Agreement term is three years with three two-year option periods. Work will be assigned through competitive bidding on Work Orders.
