Description
The County of Orange Health Care Agency is procuring a new DRGEM GXR-82S digital radiography system for installation at a new public health clinic. The scope includes the complete system, ceiling-suspended tube stand, tilting wall Bucky stand, elevating patient table, wireless cesium detector, collimator, auto-stitching, motorized tube rotation, accessories, acquisition workstation, imaging software, exposure optimization, post-processing, audit logs, and repeat/reject tracking. The vendor must deliver and install the system within eight weeks of order placement and before the clinic opens, coordinate with the County's architects, integrate the system with the existing iQ-VIEW PACS and Cerner EHR, provide staff training and documentation, remove and properly dispose of the existing radiography unit, and provide a three-year standard warranty plus a two-year extended warranty. Electronic bids must be submitted through the County's online bidding system; the solicitation requires completion of the portal's vendor-response fields and specified certifications, declarations, references, and supporting records.
