Description
The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is accepting vendor applications for its Simplified Purchasing Program (SPP), which streamlines one-time spot purchases of goods and services valued up to $25,000. The program is open exclusively to SPP certified vendors and requires exact compliance with requested manufacturer brand and part numbers, with no alternates or substitutions allowed. Awards are made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with no negotiations. Vendors must complete the SPP Vendor Application, accept LADWP Short Form Terms and Conditions, submit compliance forms (including CSO, W-9, Vendor Authentication Form, BTRC, Recycled Content Certification Form, and Notice of Use of Former LADWP Employees), and maintain approved insurance on file when bidding on services. Applications are accepted continuously, with approval decisions issued monthly.
