The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is soliciting offers for a fully-serviced lease of approximately 3,871 gross square feet of retail space in Wasilla, Alaska, to be used as an Armed Forces Recruiting Office. The space must accommodate parking for up to 16 government vehicles (sign designated preferred) and be within the delineated area of Wasilla. The lease term is five years with government termination rights. The successful offeror will be responsible for providing base rent, CAM, utilities, janitorial services, and parking. If the space is a new location, the lessor must complete tenant improvements in accordance with the attached FY26 Construction and Security Specifications, including security enhancements such as video entry control, CCTV, and fragment retention film. The government will evaluate offers based on price, location, site visibility, and other technical factors, and will award to the most economically advantageous offer. Offers must include a completed Rental Proposal Worksheet, proof of SAM registration with active CAGE code, a proposed floor plan, and three construction bids for the build-out. The lease will be awarded to the offeror providing the best value to the government.
