Description
Gloucester County Improvement Authority is seeking a nursing staff agency for a one-year term from March 1, 2022, through February 28, 2023. The agency must provide qualified long-term-care and subacute-rehabilitation nursing personnel for day, evening, and overnight shifts, generally limited to eight hours per day and 40 hours per week unless approved otherwise. Staff must hold valid New Jersey licenses or certifications, have at least one year of long-term-care and subacute-rehabilitation experience, and satisfy requirements for background checks, drug screening, physical examinations, immunizations, BLS certification, IV certification, clinical competency, and OSHA-related training. Staff must be able to use the Sigma Care electronic medical record system and comply with facility policies, orientation and in-service requirements, attendance and cancellation rules, staffing notifications, and applicable federal and state requirements. Employee profiles must be provided before the first shift, and the proposal must include any proposed retainer, services provided under the retainer, and hourly billing rates.
