Description
The State of Missouri Office of Administration, Division of Facilities Management, Design and Construction, is soliciting bids for renovation of Building No. 5 at the Missouri State Highway Patrol Interoperability Site. The work includes removing and replacing the existing roof and metal siding, installing insulation, flashing, gutters, downspouts, snow-retention devices, a prefabricated metal lean-to with siding, new hollow-metal and insulated sectional overhead doors, lighting, electrical devices, drainage components, and related demolition, protection, cleanup, and restoration. The project is a single-prime construction contract and includes prevailing-wage requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically as PDF files by email. The bid package includes the owner-provided bid form and applicable participation, certification, and affidavit forms. A 5% bid bond, cashier's check, or bank draft is required. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds and required insurance before contract execution or notice to proceed. The contract completion period is 80 working days from issuance of the Notice of Intent to Award, including 10 working days for document mailing and processing.
