Description
Consolidated Public Water Supply District No. 1 is requesting statements of qualifications from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for an office renovation, reconfiguration, and building expansion project. The selected CMAR will support the District during planning, design, and construction, including construction scheduling, market-condition analysis, budgeting, constructability and means-and-methods input, and overall construction-cost management. A mandatory pre-RFQ conference is required for a Statement of Qualifications to be considered. The RFQ document, including submission requirements and evaluation criteria, is available from the District upon request.
