Description
The Air Force requires 10 new office workstations for Building 2213, including specified panels, work surfaces, accessories, overheads, shelving, and filing and storage components. The contractor must be an authorized dealer of the specified furniture manufacturers and provide the furniture, transportation, storage, assembly, and installation. The work includes coordinating deliveries, installing the furniture according to approved design drawings, removing packaging, and providing product documentation and special assembly tools. The contractor must also provide an experienced installation manager and manufacturer-certified installers, inspect products for shipping damage, and support post-installation walkthroughs and correction of punch-list items. The PWS describes ongoing customer service and repair or replacement of defective or damaged items, as well as installation-site access and security requirements.
