Description
UNDP in Ukraine seeks furniture under three lots: for Social Adaptation and Resilience Centres; a central district hospital and a general practice/family medicine clinic; and primary health care centres. Items include office and reception furniture, tables, chairs, sofas, cabinets, shelving, beds, massage tables, and other facility furnishings. Bidders may offer on one or more lots but must quote all items within each lot they pursue. The contractor must deliver the goods DDP to the specified locations, unload, assemble, and install them within 60 calendar days from the contract start date. The bid must include completed quotation, technical, and financial offer forms, a bid-securing declaration, business registration documentation, and the specified experience, recommendation, manufacturer authorization, warranty-service, and technical-compliance evidence. Lot 3 also requires eligible country-of-origin evidence. Offers are submitted through the Quantum supplier portal; the deadline is November 13, 2026, at 12:00 UTC.
