The Village of The Hills is proposing citywide amendments to its comprehensive zoning ordinance. The amendments include changes to Section 9.04.205 regarding accessory dwelling unit regulations and Section 9.04.404 regarding zoning verification certificate applications. A public hearing will be held to gather input on these proposed changes.
