Description
Leon County is seeking multiple contractors to provide continuing painting and related services at County facilities. The scope includes interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, minor drywall and wall repairs, caulking, texturing, priming, application of finish coats, pressure cleaning as needed, and related cleanup and protection of County property. Contractors must furnish labor, supervision, equipment, scaffolding, tools, supplies, transportation, and incidental materials, while the County will provide paint, primer, and stain blocker when necessary. Work will be assigned as needed based on vendor capabilities, availability, responsiveness, capacity, schedule, and past performance. Contractors must inspect job sites, respond to job announcements within 48 hours, provide written cost estimates and schedules, and complete assignments within approved timeframes. Furniture moving and replacement of wall-hung items may be required. The solicitation uses unit pricing, contemplates multiple awards, and requires electronic submission through OpenGov.
