Description
The City of Tallahassee is seeking statements of qualifications from professional engineering firms to develop a comprehensive Watershed Master Plan. The scope includes watershed and drainage data collection, GIS analysis and mapping, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, flood-risk analysis, evaluation of current and future watershed conditions, development of flood-mitigation strategies, and preparation of preliminary and final plan deliverables. The project is funded through FEMA's Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and administered under FDEM Agreement No. H1434. Required submission sections include an executive summary or letter of interest; firm experience and past performance; key personnel and project team; project understanding and technical approach; project management, schedule, workload, and capacity; quality assurance/quality control and federal/FDEM grant compliance; client references; required forms, certifications, and federal documents; and acknowledgment of all addenda.
