Description
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intends to purchase promotional advertising for the Fresh From Florida brand through a grocery retailer marketing partnership with The Fresh Market, Inc. The scope includes promotional sales emails; in-store signage featuring the Fresh From Florida logo on shelves and displays identifying Florida products; monthly magazine advertorials highlighting specific Florida commodities; advertising through the retailer’s mobile application; and promotions featuring Florida products and the brand logo for the retailer’s loyalty club program. This is an intended single-source purchase rather than a request for bids or proposals. The agency states that The Fresh Market is the only known vendor able to provide the complete combination of retailer-specific email, signage, magazine, app, and loyalty-program marketing services. All promotional use of the Fresh From Florida logo must comply with department rules and be coordinated through authorized partners. The approximate contract amount is $60,000, with an amount up to $100,000, and the stated execution date is June 30, 2027.
