The USDA Forest Service intends to restrict competition for commercial Teledyne ISCO Model 6712 stormwater sampling and flow-monitoring system components. The equipment must be fully compatible and interchangeable with existing ISCO systems currently installed and used by the Forest Service to monitor and collect stormwater from road test sections. The components must integrate with existing flow-monitoring and sampling equipment without requiring new information technology, data-management systems, or replacement of existing components. Responsible sources may submit a quotation or capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet the Government's minimum requirements; responses will help determine whether the agency proceeds with restricted competition or conducts a competitive acquisition.
