Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking an all-inclusive quote for a complete electronic-appliance and furnishings package for Bunch Hall, Building 221. The requirement covers micro-fridge refrigerator/microwave combinations for 68 dormitory rooms, commercial microwaves, electric ranges, commercial washers and dryers with cords and vent kits, nightstand lamps, a television, and a full-motion television mount. Products must meet the detailed salient characteristics, including specified capacities, electrical requirements, Energy Star qualifications, warranties, and mounting compatibility. The contractor must procure, deliver, offload, assemble, set up, and install all items; jointly inventory and inspect them with government personnel; provide pre-printed bills of lading; remove packing materials; and repair or replace damage caused during performance. Quotes must cover all CLINs and include delivery terms and shipping costs. Delivery and installation are expected within 90 days after award, with the installation work completed within 10 duty days after the building is ready. The requirement is a total small-business set-aside, and past performance is evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis.
