Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking 10 Aqua Spin Bikes and one lot of Aqua Cycling Certification Training. The bikes must meet specified characteristics, including INOX AISI 316L material, a 350-pound weight capacity, adjustable cycling intensity and resistance, a polyethylene shell with stainless-steel frame, suction-cup feet, a stability bladder, base wheels, adjustable horizontal and vertical handlebars, and resistive pedals with reinforced neoprene shoes. The requirement also includes instructor certification training, which may be provided online, and a two-year limited manufacturer's warranty. Quotes must include all-inclusive CLIN pricing, proposed delivery terms, shipping costs, any prompt-payment discount, product photos or schematics or samples, contractor point-of-contact information, the completed quote schedule, a signed copy of the combined synopsis/solicitation, applicable representations and certifications, DUNS number, CAGE code, and confirmation of Wide Area WorkFlow registration. Quotes are limited to 10 pages, must be single-spaced and clearly identified with the RFQ number, and must remain valid through October 1, 2026.
