Description
The Government is requesting an all-inclusive quote to procure, deliver, assemble, and install a complete furniture, fixtures, and equipment package for the newly renovated, three-story Bunch Hall dormitory in Building 221. The requirement covers 68 dormitory rooms and common areas, including bed frames, twin XL mattresses, bedding, desks, desk chairs, nightstands, entertainment centers, headboards, drapery, artwork, bulletin boards, storage lockers and shelving, lounge and guest seating, tables, workstations, trash receptacles, and related furnishings and appliances. Products may be open-market items but must meet the detailed salient characteristics; same-or-equal items are acceptable where permitted. The contractor must provide shipping, offloading, movement, assembly, installation, cleanup, inventory and inspection support, bills of lading, and replacement or repair of contractor-damaged items. Installation will occur on stairs because the building has no elevator, with delivery and installation generally Monday through Friday from 0730 to 1700 CST, and the work must be completed within 10 duty days. Quotes must cover all CLINs and include delivery terms, shipping costs, company information, product photos or schematics, a quote schedule, and past-performance references. The award will be based primarily on total evaluated price, with past performance evaluated on a pass/fail basis.
