Description
The North Dakota Juvenile Justice State Advisory Group is seeking a consultant or organization to disseminate and support implementation of recommendations from the Cass County juvenile justice assessment report. The work includes stakeholder engagement and facilitation; presentations, data summaries, talking points, and other communication materials; implementation planning; technical assistance related to police-led diversion and school-based diversion or pre-referral practices; data-informed implementation; coordination with the SAG Planning Subcommittee and local stakeholders; and regular progress reporting. The contractor must propose an approach, work plan, qualifications and relevant experience, key personnel, references, and a retainer and cost proposal. The contract will use a monthly retainer structure, with a proposed hourly rate not exceeding $81.25 and total professional-services costs not exceeding $43,000; anticipated travel must be estimated separately. The anticipated contract period is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, and the initial work plan and final summary of activities are minimum deliverables.
