The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a single-contractor, firm-fixed-price requirements contract for protective coating and painting services at base industrial facilities. The scope includes interior and exterior painting of walls, ceilings, floors, building surfaces, pavements, parking lots, airfields, parking ramps, and fire hydrants; wall-covering installation and repair; gypsum-board taping, bedding, texturing, and repair; masonry and stucco repair; surface preparation, sandblasting, water blasting, sealant work, signage, and pavement markings. The contract has a five-year ordering period, with a six-month extension option. It is a total small-business set-aside under NAICS 238320. Individual task orders have a stated minimum of $2,000 and maximum of $2,000,000, with no guaranteed minimum. Offerors must submit experience information for three similar painting contracts or task orders completed within the last four years, complete the bid schedule for all five years and the extension, provide past-performance references, and demonstrate at least $2,000,000 in bonding capacity. Work must comply with military installation access, environmental, hazardous-material, safety, quality-control, and applicable wage-determination requirements.
