Description
The City of Jersey City is seeking applications from for-profit entities, nonprofit entities, and public entities to receive funding for affordable housing development and public facility improvements. Eligible activities include rehabilitation or preservation of existing very low-, low-, and moderate-income affordable housing; construction of new affordable housing; and, in limited instances, public facility improvements. Funding is available through Jersey City's Affordable Housing Trust Fund, the HOME Partnerships Program, the HOME American Rescue Plan Program, and the Community Development Block Grant program.
