Description
DeKalb County Government is seeking a qualified occupational medical services provider to support an approximately 6,300-employee workforce. Required services include post-offer and pre-employment physicals, fitness-for-duty evaluations, CDL and public-safety medical certifications, respirator and HAZMAT examinations, physical agility testing, COVID-19 testing, medical consultations and testimony, vaccinations and laboratory services, and DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing. Services must be performed or overseen by a board-certified occupational medicine physician and include 24/7 emergency testing, mobile or onsite testing, facilities in DeKalb County, and rapid reporting of examination and test results. The contractor must provide qualified physicians, medical review officers, collectors, testing laboratories, a dedicated client liaison, secure electronic medical-record access, scheduling and reporting capabilities, cloud-based systems, integration with the County's systems and Oracle HCM, secure data exchange, dashboards, analytics, and a separate development environment for testing and validation. The proposal must include separate technical and cost submissions, detailed technical and staffing approaches, resumes, organizational qualifications, three similar project references, financial statements for the last three years, required affidavits and compliance forms, LSBE participation documentation, and First Source Jobs Ordinance documentation. The contract consists of a 12-month base period with four additional one-year renewal options at the County's discretion.
