Description
Macon-Bibb County Juvenile Court seeks a qualified provider to implement and deliver a structured cognitive behavioral therapy program for up to 32 low- to moderately at-risk youths referred by the Court. Services include intake assessments and individualized plans; individual and/or group CBT; evidence-based interventions and skills practice; progress monitoring; family engagement when appropriate; coordination with Court personnel; and discharge planning. The program is intended to support rehabilitation, emotional regulation, decision-making, accountability, and reduced risk of continued juvenile justice involvement. The provider must demonstrate relevant experience and maintain qualified, trained staff. The response must include a project approach, timeline, pricing, experience and qualifications, references, and the required completed forms. The stated service timeframe is December 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The provider must provide weekly attendance or compliance updates, monthly case notes and reports, and attend Court as requested, up to twice monthly unless otherwise directed. The solicitation also describes required insurance coverage and requires the County to be named as an additional insured.
